My career started in the insurance industry in 1998 and that is when I knew that my calling was to help protect what people value most… FAMILY. Over the years, I have learned that you can get what you want out of life by helping others get what they want out of life. That is why I started Benavides Financial Group — to offer a multitude of products to help my clients through different stages of their lives. I start by creating a foundation for them to build on and continue to positively impact their lives as they progress.
I have noticed a shift in how society thinks. Today, many people seek instant gratification and do not tend to plan for the future like they used to. I have learned that most people don’t plan to fail, they fail to plan. That is the trend I want to reverse. I feel that is my purpose and where my passion lies.
I was fortunate to be mentored by my father who worked for the same insurance company for 38 years. My father started his career from humble beginnings and with many odds stacked against him. He turned out to be one of the most successful home service agents in our company. I had the pleasure of working with him for several years and he always told me, “If you take care of your people, your people will take care of you.” This resonates with me to this day and has throughout my career in sales. He taught me accountability and integrity, but most of all, loyalty. His mentorship has been invaluable. I feel that if I provide the best service to both my clients and my agents, I may someday be like my father — my mentor, my hero.
Looking ahead, I feel my path lies beyond helping just my clients change their lives, but also in helping the agents that serve those clients to change their lives as well. I do this by mentoring them just as my father mentored me, passing on decades of experience and knowledge. What I offer is a blueprint of how they can provide innovative products to their clients, earn desirable compensation, and the opportunity to provide residual income for their own families by building their own teams. Sir Richard Branson said, “There is no greater thing you can do with your life and your work than follow your passions – in a way that serves the world and you.” Through Benavides Financial Group, I aspire to do what I love by following my passion and realizing my dreams by serving others and helping them make their lives better.

I have a deep passion for helping families to achieve financial stability. As a part of Benavides Financial Group, I know that my purpose is to educate my clients, protect their financial interests, and improve their quality of life.
Growing up in a Christian household, my parents always emphasized the value of respecting everyone regardless of their circumstances in life. I was taught to help people in any way possible. I find tremendous satisfaction through helping others; whether through my musical talents, my experiences in the sales industry, or through what I now offer to others in my current position with Benavides Financial Group. The passion that Kevin Benavides has for helping others inspired me to pursue my own path in the insurance and financial services industry and assist in the development of a model designed to help our clients in the most and financially efficient way.
I took aim to help as many families as possible in my new chosen career. My passion and knowledge will be my driving force to help get families into a financially beneficial position. It is my true belief that if you help others, they, in turn, will help you. I believe that those families will help me develop my career so that I can help even more families.

When it comes to helping others, nothing brings me more joy than to help someone achieve success and ensure families are taken care of by our exemplary team of agents.
Growing up in the tech age of the ’90s and 2000s, I always had a way with computers and other technology when it came to designing and making things that others liked to watch or see. Even at a young age, I knew this was something I wanted to do when I got older.
Fast forward to the 2010s, social media really started to grow and become very prominent in most people’s lives. Me, being a ’90s kid, used and some would even say “studied” the platforms consistently. I started to learn the in’s and out’s of Myspace, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Etc. So, when I decided to join the insurance industry in 2018 and was asked to start promoting not only the business I worked for but also myself, it came pretty naturally to me.
It wasn’t until I joined a different company in 2019 as an administrator and recruiter, that I realized my skill for marketing and graphic design were severely underutilized. While with this company I sharpened my skills for social media marketing, creating ads, designing, creating content for both social media and the company as a whole, and most of all recruiting. Enter stage left, Kevin Benavides.
Kevin and I developed a strong professional relationship while working with this company. After a while, Kevin started to paint the picture of a company created first and foremost for the clients and make sure they are taken care of above all else. This stood out to me immediately as I had seen and worked for so many companies that only care about the money they make, not the client.
Every day I come to work for this great company filled with talented and wonderful people with the goal to at least find one more just like them to add to the team and help protect families’ futures, today.
